Edward Muriu Kamau is the Founding Partner of the firm, and is currently serving as a member of the 13th parliament of the Republic of Kenya in the National Assembly representing Gatanga Constituency. Defending Safaricom PLC in a Class Action – Instrumental in the successful defense of Safaricom PLC and its directors in a KES 600 billion class action suit challenging the legality of the M-Pesa mobile money transfer service.
International Arbitration Success – Part of the team representing Tilisi Developments Limited in arbitration proceedings against China Railway No. 10 Engineering Group Co. LTD (CREC).
